Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the exchange request.

What is The Bloody Branded Exchange Policy for T-Shirts?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 7 days of the delivery via any cost effective courier or registered post. We will issue credit in your account for the value of the products plus an additional Rs. 50 to compensate for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (Cash on Delivery handling charges and international shipping charges are non-refundable).

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 07 days of delivery.

Customization :- In Case Of Any Customization Products there will be no refund under any circumstances However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the replacement request.

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per The Bloody Branded Exchange Policy?
Passport Covers, Men’s Wallet, Womens Wallet, Sling Bag, Money Wallet, Business Card Holder, Travel Wallet, Travel Pouch, Keychain, Eyewear Case, Key Pouch, Luggage Tags, Cable Holder, Coffee Mugs, Customized T-shirts & Any Customized Products are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 12:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.

If you want to cancel your order, please send us a mail at info[@]bloodybranded.com latest by 1:00 PM and we will guide you through the process.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 07 – 14 working days.
